Pride builders were recommended to us by one of their very satisfied clients.
We had purchased a section and we weren’t sure if we could afford our own private builders.
After meeting with Paul and Kodi, showing them our land, a sketch of our first home and our tight budget - we were quickly put at ease that they could make it all happen.
Early August, in the wet winter of Inglewood the Pride team began work.
Everything went smoothly and any issues were swiftly dealt with.
Suggestions were made to alter things that we had missed and we were thrilled they were bought to our attention and the changes made.
Our site was always left immaculate each time we visited to see the progress. The sub contractors were fantastic and reliable and communicated well with Paul and Kodi
Even with brick delivery delays due to COVID our home was completed on time - one week before Christmas and all within our budget.

As we embarked on our first new build project, we approached Pride Building along with two other franchised building home companies to provide costings from a pre-designed house plan. With a unique section layout and size, we had an idea of what the result would look like, and with the help and experience from Paul and Kodi we achieved an outstanding end result. Our finished home, in my opinion, is far superior quality and more personalised to what we could have achieved for the same financial investment with either of the other companies.
A couple of reasons why we chose Pride Building to complete our project was that we were able to be on site and complete tasks such as painting and data cabling without any hesitation and were actively engaged throughout the whole process. We were also able to use our preferred suppliers for certain elements, which was no issue for Pride Building.
They communicated directly with all parties regarding expectations of delivery and timelines resulting is a smooth integration to the process.
Pride Building also encouraged us to shop around to select all the fixtures and fittings from the retailer of choice rather than being given a couple of options from a brochure, allowing us to choose products that matched our style. We could then also compare the costs of our chosen product to what was originally quoted. This demonstrated the level of trust Pride Building gave us in the early stages to manage our costs, and the trust grew as our project progressed.
The quality workmanship that Pride Building expect is very high, not only with their work but also all of their subcontractors. As a result, during our final walk through before handover, there wasn't anything to be resolved, and the Code of Compliance was issued without any complications. The communication is direct between the client and Pride Building, minimising the risk your significant financial investment doesn't end up as planned.
We have already recommended Pride Building to family and friends, who have engaged them with their own projects. And we will continue to recommend Pride Building to anyone who likes to deal with the Project Manager/Site Foreman/Builder/Accounts department all in the same person.

We were fortunate enough to have Pride Building recommended to us. Our home was subject to extensive renovations. Paul, Kodi & the team carried out the project with ease & were always mindful of our personal space as we were living in the house at the time. At the end of each day the work area was immaculately clean & tidy. Their sub-contractors were very friendly & kept the whole project on target. As a result, the renovation was finished earlier than predicted allowing us to move in well before Christmas.

The respect, honesty & trustworthiness we received from the team was outstanding. We were consulted with any changes that needed to be made & Paul had an answer to any issue. These guys have clarity & conciseness to detail so therefore the final outcome was of a very high standard. It is obvious that Paul & Kodi take ‘Pride’ in their work & genuinely enjoy their work.
